I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I provide psychotherapy to clients in-person or via telehealth to clients within the state of Minnesota. Details about this service are better explained elsewhere on this website.

I am a current Minnesota Board Approved Licensing Supervisor with the MN BOSW. I provide licensing supervision to recent Master of Social Work graduates (LGSWs seeking LICSW licensure.) I received excellent post-graduate licensing supervision and hope to provide exceptional supervision to social workers in training. I also received my licensing supervision at an affordable rate and offer a similarly affordable rate ($60/hour) to recent graduates. I have completed Level 2 training in the Internal Family Systems model. I am planning to complete Level 3 training in November 2026; I am also nearing completion of IFS Certification. I offer IFS consultation for those looking to improve their skills and quality of delivering IFS therapy. I charge $100/hour for IFS consultation.
